DISCOUNTS:  2nd tuition discounted 15%

SCHOLARSHIPS:  Financial Aid Scholarship - For those families who have need of financial assistance in order to attend WECS. 

                              Applications are available through the principal’s office and approved prior to admission.

 

MATRICULATION FEES:

 

REGISTRATION FEE:  $150.00 per family.  Payable to register any student, or to be placed on the priority waiting list.  This fee is non-refundable unless admission is denied.

 

BOOK & CURRICULUM FEE:  Must be paid on or before August 1st. (Subject to late fee)

                                                        Monthly installments for second or more is available.

 

This fee covers: curriculum, workbooks, textbooks, instructional and supplemental materials:

 

K3-K5.  $160.00 (Curriculum, texts, workbooks, resources, etc.)

                            ($16.00 x 10 mo. for second student)

 

1st - 5th Grade.  $190.00 (Curriculum, texts, workbooks, resources, etc.)

                                        ($19.00 x 10 mo. for second student)

 

Middle School/High School.  $275.00 (Resource or project fees may be required in MS/HS classes)

 

ANNUAL REQUIRED FEES: Per Year

 

PTO (Parent/Teacher Organization K3-12th $10.00 Membership dues for PTO, per family
Technology Development K3-12th $20.00 Advances the school-wide technology network
High School Credit 9th-12th $25.00 Science Lab / Biology / Chemistry / Physics
  9th-12th $50.00 Computer Class for high school credit
Athletic Program 6th-12th $50.00 Per athlete, for entire school year
Entrance Exam K3-12th $45.00 Entrance exam as needed, if required or if previous testing is unavailable

 

STANDARDIZED TEST FEE:  A $30.00 testing fee is assessed to all WECS students in K4 - 10th on the March 1st statement. 

                                                   This covers mandatory testing and scoring for the school-wide Iowa Test of Basic Skills.  The ITBS

                                                   is a standardized achievement test administered to our students.

 

BEFORE/AFTER SCHOOL DAY CARE:  This is an extended care program for enrolled WECS students.

                                                                        Monthly payment rates are discounted from hourly rates.  Annual rate covers

Hourly Rates charged daily and posted weekly:                                 Holiday Rates:

$3.00 per hour/per child (K3 5th grades)                                              Additional fee when school is not in session

$4.00 per hour/per child (6th-8th grades)                                              and daycare is made available.  This fee is $25.00 per

                                                                                                            day/per child.

 

Day Care Late Fees:

Children not picked up by 6:00 p.m. will automatically be charged a late fee to the statement.

$25.00 for 1st ten minutes and $1.00 for each additional minute.

*Please be advised of this necessary & enforced penalty fee.*

 

RECREATIONAL SUMMER CARE PROGRAM: (June-Aug) 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

CRUSADER SUMMER CAMP

 

$120.00 1st child per week $35.00 daily rate * School provides a nutritious daily lunch
$100.00 2nd child per week $30.00 2nd child * Parent provides a nutritious daily snack
$  75.00 3rd child per week $25.00 3rd child * Activity fees are charged for field trips

 

** Payments are required weekly and paid on Mondays.

** No account will be allowed in arrears for any length of time.
